AR/VR for Training - Workshop

As part of the seminar "Innovation Take Away - Technologies and virtual and augmented reality applications for industrial processes" in collaboration with MESAP, SynArea had organized a workshop entitled "AR/VR For Training" held at the Congress Centre of Turin Industrial Union, on Tuesdays June 28th 2016 at 16 pm.

The seminar was attended by about 30 Companies, 2 Research Centers and about 50 representatives of Piedmont entrepreneurship and innovation business.
The partners presented some case studies based on the results of a co-funded research project and illustrated the SynArea solutions for virtual and augmented reality, applied to industry.
And finally, a successfully open session for testing the available applications and demos, both with immersive devices and mobile industrial tablets.

AR App Demo for Android smartphones and tablets

The marker is a symbol that is recognized by the augmented reality application, that activates the functionality and tracking. After downloading and installing the app (currently available only for Android devices), you can download and print the marker or, starting the app, frame the image below using your mobile phone or tablet.
